Navigate MIRECS Menu Bar
- In the MIRECS Account Dashboard, the Menu Bar is located on the top of the screen.
- The Account Holder can access one of the following MIRECS options from the Menu Bar.
a. Home – Takes Account Holder to Account Dashboard screen
b. Customize Page – Adjust Layout of Account Dashboard
c. Change Password – Update the password associated with the current Login ID
d. Registry Help – Displays MIRECS Administrator contact information
e. Logout – Logs Account Holder out of the system
Navigate MIRECS Account Dashboard
The MIRECS Account Dashboard is the screen the Account Holder will access when first logging in to MIRECS. From the Dashboard, the Account Holder can access specific account management tools and reports through the available modules.
1. The following modules are featured on the left-hand side of the Account Dashboard and please note, that the order below can be edited.
a. Registration – This module provides Account Holder with a screen for updating account information.
b. Public Reports – This module displays publicly available MIRECS reports.
c. Account Management – This module allows the Account Holder to manage logins and Sub-Accounts.
d. Account Information – This module displays MIRECS Account information.
e. Login Information – This module displays the Account Holder's login information.
f. Inbox – This module displays incoming Credit transfers from another counter-party.
g. Outbox – This module displays outgoing Credit transfers to another account holder.
h. Account Holder Reports – This module displays specific reports with data accessible to only the Account Holder.
2. The following modules are featured on the right-hand side of the Account Dashboard and please note, that the order below can be edited
a. Project Management – In this module, Projects in the account are listed and where new projects are created
b. Message Notification – This module lists recent messages related to account activity
c. Import Projects – This module contains a listing of account specific Import Projects certified in MIRECS with limited eligibility information.
d. Account Status – This module features all information related to REC inventory, including: Active, Retirement, Bulletin Board and Open Subaccount Allocation
e. Meter Data Loading – The Meter Data Loading module is the primary method for loading data into MIRECS
f. Recurring Transfers – This module shows information on existing Forward Transfers and the ability to create new a Forward Transfer.
g. Forward Transfers Inbox – This module is where pending Forward Transfers are displayed.
