EWR Issuance
Unlike normal RECs, a Michigan Utility Service Provider can NOT accept the EWR data and issue EWRs themselves. EWR Credits will only issue once the data is reviewed and approved by MPSC staff. However, once reviewed and approved by MPSC staff, all EWR Credits will be issued and deposited into the designated EWR Sub-Account associated with the EWR Project.
