Viewing Active EWR Credits

To view Active EWR Credits, a Michigan Utility Service Provider takes the following steps:

1. In the Account Dashboard, Michigan Utility Service Provider locates the Account Status

2. Under the Account Status module, User clicks on an ‘Active’ EWRs link under Account Activity (as pictured below).

Note: User can also click specific Active Sub-Accounts to view credits
